Using a perspective grid, Jim is a three dimensional typeface that can only exist in a two-dimensional world. The letterforms twist and turn in directions that do not seem possible. The name Jim also plays into the theme of distorted reality because giving a human name to something that only exists in a digital realm plays into the debate on what qualifies as real.
