
The objective was to create a new evergreen design for the Ultra Mobile SIM cards that reflects our evolving brand. Since there had recently been a brand refresh, it was important that the two cards should be looked on as a pair in the same family and convey the brand voice. Ultra Mobile provides affordable mobile coverage to customers who regularly make international calls. The majority of Ultra customers have immigrated from outside of the US and need the coverage to stay in touch with family and friends back home. Therefore, these SIM cards will be sold to people from various cultural backgrounds who may not speak english. It was important that the designs represented the brand and could speak to an international audience.
